Ngo REWA launched Project Ujjwal Paving the Way for Educational Equality

In a remarkable move to bridge educational gaps, NGO REWA has unveiled “Project Ujjwal,” a specialized pre-school initiative tailored for marginalized and underprivileged communities. Launched on Thursday, March 5th, in Bangalore, the inauguration ceremony witnessed the presence of MLA L. A. Ravi Subramanya, a representative from the Basavanagudi constituency in the Karnataka Legislative Assembly.

In a remarkable move to bridge educational gaps, NGO REWA has unveiled “Project Ujjwal,” a specialized pre-school initiative tailored for marginalized and underprivileged communities. Launched on Thursday, March 5th, in Bangalore, the inauguration ceremony witnessed the presence of MLA L. A. Ravi Subramanya, a representative from the Basavanagudi constituency in the Karnataka Legislative Assembly.

Abhishek Saran, Founder & Trustee of REWA, underscored the significance of extending quality education to underprivileged children, stating, “Children from the underprivileged community are often deprived of basic education, which can help in providing a good foundation. With Ujjwal, our aim is to provide these children with a robust foundation at this preparatory school under the guidance of well-trained pre-school trainers.”

To ensure accessibility for the targeted age group, pre-school classes under Project Ujjwal. Trained pre-school educators will oversee the curriculum, emphasizing key developmental areas to equip children with the necessary skills and knowledge for a successful transition to formal schooling.

MLA L. A. Ravi Subramanya, the dignitary who inaugurated the project, expressed his unwavering support for initiatives contributing to social upliftment through education. He emphasized the pivotal role of education in breaking the cycle of poverty and commended NGO REWA for taking a proactive step in addressing this pressing issue.
